Terms of Use

Section 01

The service

Add Loved One to Photo accepts a base photo, a separate portrait, and optional placement guidance, then uses a third-party image-generation provider to create a new composition. Results are generated by a model and may be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for your intended use.

Section 02

Who may use it

You must be able to form a binding agreement where you live. If you use the service for another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for them.

Section 03

Your photos and instructions

• You keep your rights in content you submit and in any rights you may have in a generated result.
• You give us and our providers the limited permission needed to process your content and deliver the service.
• You confirm that you have consent or another lawful basis to use each photo, including photos of deceased people and minors.
• You are responsible for reviewing a result before sharing, publishing, printing, or relying on it.

Section 04

Prohibited uses

• Impersonation, deception, fraud, harassment, defamation, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Sexual content involving minors or any exploitative content.
• Uploading content that violates privacy, publicity, copyright, or other rights.
• Bypassing free-use, credit, rate-limit, security, or access controls.
• Using the service for unlawful activity or to distribute malware.

Section 05

Accounts and credits

You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining access to your sign-in provider. Free use may be limited by browser and network signals. Paid credits and refunds are governed by the Payments and Refund Policy.

Section 06

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, manage provider availability, or improve the service. Temporary result links can expire, so download results you want to keep.

Section 07

No guarantee

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee likeness, composition, output quality, uninterrupted access, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Section 08

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Section 09

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or end access when we reasonably believe these terms were violated, the service is being abused, or action is needed to protect users, providers, or the service.
