Payments and Refund Policy

Section 01

Payments

Paid packs are one-time purchases processed by Stripe. Stripe handles payment details under its own privacy and security terms. Prices, currency, included credits, and any applicable tax are shown before you approve payment.

Section 02

Credits

• One credit funds one attempt to generate a photo unless the pricing page states otherwise before purchase.
• Credits are attached to the account used for purchase and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• A credit is charged when the image provider accepts a generation task. It is restored when our system cannot submit the task to the provider.
• A completed generation may vary from the requested composition. Creative dissatisfaction alone does not make a consumed credit unused.

Section 03

Refund eligibility

Digital credit purchases are generally final once credits have been used. We will consider a refund request when duplicate or accidental charges remain unused, when credits were not delivered, or when a verified fault in our service prevents use of the purchased credits.

Section 04

How to request a refund

Email dreamspire.team@gmail.com from the address used for purchase. Include the transaction identifier, purchase date, and a short explanation. Do not send full card details.

Section 05

Review and timing

We review requests individually and may ask for information needed to locate the transaction. If approved, the refund is sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls when the funds appear.

Section 06

Chargebacks and abuse

Contact support before starting a payment dispute so we can investigate. Fraudulent purchases, refund abuse, or attempts to bypass credit controls may lead to account restrictions.

Section 07

Policy changes

The policy in effect when you purchase applies to that purchase unless a change is required by law. The date above identifies the current version.
