Add Loved Oneto photo

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data is involved when you use Add Loved One to Photo, why it is processed, and the choices available to you.

Section 01

Scope

This policy applies to addlovedonetophoto.online, its photo-generation workflow, account sign-in, purchases, support, and feedback features.

Section 02

Information involved

  • Photos and optional placement instructions you submit for a generation.
  • Your name, email address, and account identifier when you choose Google sign-in.
  • Purchase status, credit balance, transaction identifiers, and billing events. We do not receive your full payment card number.
  • Technical information used to operate and protect the service, such as IP-derived abuse controls, browser fingerprints, request logs, and error details.
  • Ratings, comments, contact details, and the page address you voluntarily include in feedback.

Section 03

How we use information

  • Provide photo generation, show results, and let you download them.
  • Authenticate accounts, maintain credit balances, and confirm purchases.
  • Prevent repeated free-use claims, fraud, and service abuse.
  • Diagnose failures, answer support requests, and improve the workflow.
  • Meet legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.

Section 04

Photo processing and providers

The service sends the two photos and your optional placement instruction to a third-party image-generation provider to create the requested result. Source photos are uploaded through our server to the provider's temporary file service. Generated results are fetched through our service for display and download.

Provider-hosted source or result files may remain available temporarily under the provider's current retention practices. Download a result you want to keep. Do not upload a photo unless you have permission from the people shown or another lawful basis to use it.

Section 05

Service providers

We use vendors for cloud hosting, authentication, image generation, data storage, payments, analytics, and support notifications. They process information only as needed to provide those services and under their own terms and privacy policies.

Section 06

Retention and security

Generation job records and provider links are designed to expire after a limited operational period. Account, credit, transaction, fraud-prevention, support, and legal records may be kept longer when needed for the service or required by law.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Avoid including sensitive personal information in placement instructions or feedback.

Section 07

Your choices and rights

You may use the anonymous trial without creating an account, subject to the free-use limit. You can revoke Google account access in your Google settings. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data.

Section 08

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13. A parent or legal guardian should supervise any use involving a child's photo and must have permission to use the photo.

Section 09

Contact and updates
