Start with one visual foundation
One image should supply the setting, camera angle, and overall light. Treating every source equally creates inconsistent scale and background cues.
Phase 1 adds one portrait to one base image. Each extra source introduces another angle, crop, resolution, and lighting mismatch.

Do not solve every mismatch with cropping
A tight crop cannot fix high camera angle, wide-angle face distortion, or light coming from the wrong side.
When sources conflict badly, an intentionally illustrated portrait may be more coherent than forced photorealism.

Choose the strongest setting, cleanest arrangement, best resolution, and enough open space.
Do all photos need the same background?
No. The base supplies the background, but similar angle and lighting make integration easier.
